How can I pay?

You can pay safely through iDeal, Bancontact, Giropay or Paypal. If this doesn't work for you, please contact us to see what's possible.

 

How long will it take until my package is sent? 

Dispatch times may vary according to availability and order processing can take up to 5 working days. After this, it usually takes 1-2 shipping days for your order to arrive from our courier (DPD). All shipping guarantees are valid for after dispatch. You will automatically receive delivery updates from DPD. If this is not working for you, feel free to contact us. Next to this, we try to pack your orders with as little plastic as possible.

Delivery is free on orders over €35 in The Netherlands, Germany and Belgium. Delivery is free on orders over €65 in the rest of EU. All packages will be shipped with DPD.

How does Free Pickup work?

If you choose free pickup in Eindhoven, we will contact you to make an appointment within 1-3 working days. The pickup is at Veemstraat (Strijp-S). Please note that it could take 5 working days until your order is ready, as sometimes we still have to make the candle.

Are the candles suitable for burning?

Yes! They are more than suitable and this is also recommendable, as magic glitter will appear when you burn it. However, please note that the burning hours of body candles are quite short. Trim the wick regularly. Especially if there's a prop on it. Cotton never fully digests and eventually your candle will smoke. A fuse of half a centimeter is enough.

 

What is frosting?

Frosting is a perfectly natural effect of using soy wax and is unique to vegetable waxes. It is the natural wax re crystallizing and trying to return to its natural state. Frosting is an indication that the wax is 100% natural soy wax and it does not affect the performance of your candle. We try to prevent frosting as much as possible, but could slightly occur due to the natural process. Same goes for small bubbles.

 

What do I do when my candle came in broken?

We carefully pack our candles as they are quite fragile, and we try everything to make sure your candle comes in as we sent them. Please be careful when unboxing the product. Contact our customer service and we will look for a suitable solution together. We would always like to receive a photo of the broken candle. Because the candles are handmade, imperfections can occur. This has its charm and makes your candle unique. 

 

I am not satisfied and want to return my product, is this possible?

We strive for satisfied customers. Please contact our customer service when the candle came in broken and attach some pictures. We will fix this for you asap. As a small business, returns are not desired. However, it is allowed to return your product if you are not satisfied. Please contact us before sending a product back with your reason for return. For more information, read our Terms & Conditions. The costs for shipping are not refunded and have to be carried by the customer. The article must be returned in the same way that it arrived.

 

I saw a candle I wanted to buy, but now it's gone. What can I do?

Some candles are temporary and have a limited supply. Most candles will be restocked when out of stock. Please contact customer service so we can let you know when you can order again or to place a pre-order. We are a small business and are therefore quite flexible.
